In a daring bank robbery a gang from Milan manage to steal more than a billion lira. The robbers all manage to escape but are forced to lay low. They consider a monastery to be the safest hiding place...but nobody is quite sure how long they have to stay there. In the meantime they are forced to wear monk's robes and do without women. And when you've got a cache of money just waiting to be spent, monasticism may not be for everybody!
