In this outrageously gore-y horror romp, Tommy Pistol is a struggling actor whose career has hit rock bottom. After dozing off in the midst of using a penis pump, Tommy finds himself in a fantasy world where he pursues bloody vengeance against those who've put him down - but when he wakes from his dream, he may have to face his own gruesome death.
