This DVD follows the band of Frameshift mastermind on their 2nd album, making their first music video, humorous interviews, old footage of the band when they were young, and lots of other goodies, clocking in at nearly 4 hours total. The band has since disbanded, so this is a rare glimpse into music and musicians and some of the amazing guests they managed to get.
