A drug addict scrambles to track down $8 million of heroin while pursued by the city's rival mob bosses.

An ex narc. known on the street as Mason Jars, now a heroin addict, finds a notebook that contains clues to the whereabouts of millions of dollars of stolen heroin. The heroin belongs to a drug kingpin, a madman named Alphonse Dente, who would kind of like them back. The man who stole the drugs, Ritchie, has just been torn apart by the kingpin's thugs and Doberman Pincher. Along with a beautiful exotic dancer, Donna (who happens to be Ritchie's daughter) Mason is in a race against time to find the drugs and return them before they become the next casualties of Al Dente.
